DolomiteSport is always seeking talented writing about the Mountain Sports Lifestyle.
Fun. Informative. Quirky. Personal. Real.
These are the keywords for the nature of the text. Think John Long meets Bill Bryson and Paul Theroux.
The voice should come from a mountain sports athlete or be somehow connected to mountain sports – experiencing what we all love about what it is we do in the mountains. It can be funny or painful, or both, as long as it evokes emotion.
If it is a trip report it needs to be a good read while being informative.
DolomiteSport’s tagline is Inspired Mountain Living. And so our lives as mountain sport athletes must inspire. Ultimately, this is what we are after. To inspire through words, photos and actions, whether they be funny, grueling or just beautiful.
If you have your own business related to the outdoor industry you can, within reason, promote your own services. We’re just seeking fun content from other voices.
Marketing:
We have a wide distribution of marketing methods via Twitter, Facebook and Blogging.
If you have your own marketing methods of course we should work together to spread the word on what you contribute.
